Change to CS Support service hours

Our Support department is closed on Friday, April 28th for a company event. However, limited Workpapers CS phone support is available on that date from 9 AM - 5 PM ET.

For a local or network installation of Workpapers CS

There are several ways to get help on using your Workpapers CS software.

Provide the primary documentation for learning and using the Workpapers CS application, including information about features, data-entry screens, and procedures. More information.

Provides the ability to customize the portlets that you want to display in the Home Dashboard. You can set up portlets for the Help & How-To Center and for frequently visited websites such as PPC, Checkpoint, and much more. See Using the dashboards.

Provide important information about changes to the application or other timely issues. You can print the bulletins or view them on the screen. More information.

A PDF conversion guide is available to help you convert data from CS Professional Suite Accounting Products (CSA). See Conversions.

Our website at Tax.ThomsonReuters.com provides information about CS Professional Suite products and access to the Help & How-To Center. Also provides a form you can fill out and send via the internet to CS Support. More information. You can add a CS Home Page portlet view in any of the dashboards.
