Change to CS Support service hours

Our Support department is closed on Friday, April 28th for a company event. However, limited Workpapers CS phone support is available on that date from 9 AM - 5 PM ET.

The Processing Notes dialog provides a way to store notes and information about a client so that staff members are aware of any special rules, guidelines, or notations that affect the setup or processing for that client. The Processing Notes dialog can also be used as a call log of interactions with the client or for any notations that a staff member wants to make about the client.

You can resize and move the dialog itself anywhere on the screen; it will remain available in the background even when it's not currently in focus. Processing notes are available only when you are working in a client-related screen.

Click the Toggle Processing Notes Process notes button button in the toolbar when a client-related screen is open.
