Get started in AdvanceFlow

Before you begin working in AdvanceFlow you'll need to complete the following tasks.

  1. Administrators must log into GoFileRoom via Google Chrome to complete the following tasks.
  2. In AdvanceFlow, choose Setup > Downloads to download and install the Office Client Add-In (32 or 64-bit).
  3. In Setup > Firm screen you can verify that the Checkpoint Tools checkbox is marked to enable you to add Checkpoint Tools engagment documents in the Engagement screen.

    Note: You can use the Firm Settings screen to verify the database number and change the Firm name, if required.

  4. Choose Setup > Permission Groups to setup permissions for your staff.
  5. Follow these steps to add an engagment.
