If you are licensed for PPC's SMART Practice Aids, you can link to AdvanceFlow engagements from within SMART Practice Aids.

Linking a new engagement

  1. Open PPC's SMART Practice Aids and add a new engagement.
  2. In the Create Client Engagement wizard, mark the Field Work checkbox.
  3. Click the Yes option to indicate that you will use external engagement management software and choose AdvanceFlow from the Select the software you plan to use drop-down list.
  4. Click the Link Engagements button and log in using your AdvanceFlow credentials.
  5. In the Select Client dialog, select the desired client and click the Next button.
  6. In the Select Engagement dialog, select the engagement to which you want to link and then click the Link button.

The linked PPC's SMART Practice Aid client will now appear in the Content tab of the Engagement Properties dialog for the linked AdvanceFlow engagement.

Linking an existing engagement

  1. Open PPC's SMART Practice Aids and choose Tools > Link to AdvanceFlow.
  2. Log in using your AdvanceFlow credentials.
  3. In the Select Client dialog, select the desired client and click the Next button.
  4. In the Select Engagement dialog, select the engagement to which you want to link and then click the Link button.

The linked PPC's SMART Practice Aid client will now appear in the Content tab of the Engagement Properties dialog for the linked AdvanceFlow engagement.
