  1. Click the Workpapers tab and select folder in which you would like to save the report.

    Note: You will also have the option to export the report to a Microsoft Excel file after the report is generated.

  2. Click the Report button in the ribbon.
  3. Select Account Grouping from the drop-down list for the Source field and then click Next.
  4. Choose from the available report options and column settings and click OK.
  5. In the report window that opens, you can use the buttons in the ribbon to change report options, print the report, save the report as a workpaper in the current folder, or export the report to a Microsoft Excel file.

    Notes

    • If you save the report as a workpaper in the current folder, you will need to click the Refresh button in the ribbon of the Workpapers tab to view it in the Folders pane.
    • AdvanceFlow reports are printed in portrait orientation.
  6. Click the Close link in the upper-right corner of the window to close the report.
