Note: Signoffs for a given workpaper are listed in the Workpaper Properties dialog. For more information, see Viewing and editing workpapers.

  1. In the Workpapers tab, select the workpaper to which you want to add a sign off.
  2. Click the Sign Off button in the ribbon.

    Notes:

    • You can also right-click the workpaper, choose Sign Off, and then choose a signoff type from the context menu.
    • To sign off on multiple workpapers at once, hold down the SHIFT key while selecting the workpapers for which you want to add a signoff and then right-click and choose Sign Off from the context menu.
  3. Select an applicable item from the Sign Off Type drop-down list.
  4. Choose the date and time from the provided fields.

    You can enter the date and time manually, or use the calendar Calendar button button or arrow Arrow buttons buttons to choose values for the Date and Time fields.
