Error: Error with drawer XXX. Bad Version in XX.CC! error

Scenario

You may see the following error message when restoring clients into an earlier version of Digita FileCabinet than the version that was used to create the backup.

Error with drawer XXX. Bad Version in XX.CC!

Solution

Choose Help > About Digita FileCabinet to determine the version of Digita FileCabinet that you are running.

Update the installation of Digita FileCabinet that is being used to restore the clients to the latest version of Digita FileCabinet.
