Getting help

There are several ways to get help on using your Digita Professional Suite application.

The most comprehensive resource for information on using the application. Includes details on new features, procedures for various tasks, tips for increasing productivity and troubleshooting issues, alerts about timely issues, and more. See Finding answers to your Digita FileCabinet questions.

In addition to providing quick access to the Help & How-To Center, the Help menu includes an "Additional Resources" submenu from which you can access online product information and the Support area of our website.

Provides important information regarding the status of the application and includes links to frequently used application functions, user bulletins, and more. See Using the Digita FileCabinet Home Page for more information.

If you can't find the information you're looking for, you can contact our Support team for assistance.

Provide important information about changes to the application or other timely issues. You can print the bulletins or view them online. More information.
