To eliminate the need to re-create frequently used annotations, you can add them to the Stamp Library.
You can add a stamp annotation to quickly add your signature to documents.
- Open a document and create the annotation that you want to add to the stamp library.
Note: You must apply an annotation to a page before you can add the annotation to the Stamp Library.
- Right-click the annotation.
- Choose Send to Stamp Library from the context menu.
- In the Create Stamp Annotation dialog, enter a name for the annotation and click OK.
Note: The name you give to the annotation should be brief but descriptive for easy recognition.
