The read-only field at the top of the Map Field dialog contains the letter of the current column. Use the single arrow buttons to either side of this field to move to the previous or next column. Use the double-arrow buttons to move to the first or last column.

From the drop-down list, select an import category to view the list of fields that are available for that category. (Categories include: General, Association, Tax, Book, State, AMT, Other, ACE, and Other Trt1 - Other Trt4.)

This field displays the format in which the field's data is entered (for example, numeric, alphanumeric, or text).
