By default, assets in the Miscellaneous activity folder are not included in reports. To include these assets when printing reports, perform the following steps.
- Open the desired client.
- Choose File > Print.
- In the Items available to print pane on the left, double-click the report you want to print. The report moves to the Selected pane.
- In the Selected pane, highlight the report and press the Options button. The Options dialog opens for the selected report.
- On the Select Assets tab, clear the Include all associations checkbox.
- Click the Activities option.
- Select Miscellaneous in the Exclude from report pane, and then click the Select button.
- Click OK.
The report now prints the assets in the Miscellaneous activity folder. Each time you want a report to include assets from the Miscellaneous activity folder, you either need to repeat this procedure or set up a print profile that includes the report with the modified print options.
