By default, assets in the Miscellaneous activity folder are not included in reports. To include these assets when printing reports, perform the following steps.

  1. Open the desired client.
  2. Choose File > Print.
  3. In the Items available to print pane on the left, double-click the report you want to print. The report moves to the Selected pane.
  4. In the Selected pane, highlight the report and press the Options button. The Options dialog opens for the selected report.
  5. On the Select Assets tab, clear the Include all associations checkbox.
  6. Click the Activities option.
  7. Select Miscellaneous in the Exclude from report pane, and then click the Select button.
  8. Click OK.

The report now prints the assets in the Miscellaneous activity folder. Each time you want a report to include assets from the Miscellaneous activity folder, you either need to repeat this procedure or set up a print profile that includes the report with the modified print options.
