Use this dialog to configure warnings for specified status events. Once you set a warning for a status event, Fixed Assets CS displays a warning dialog when you open a client for which that event has been logged (either at any time or as the most recent event, depending on your settings).
To open this dialog, click the Discourage Access button in the Setup > System Configuration > Status tab.

This list contains all application-defined status events. Mark the checkbox for any event to attach a warning to that event. Once you set a warning for a status event, Fixed Assets CS displays a warning dialog when you open a client for which that event has been logged.
Note: Fixed Assets CS will automatically mark the Client checked out status event and disable the checkbox. Whenever a client is checked out and another user attempts to open that client's data, the Warning - Status System dialog will appear to inform that user that the client is currently checked out. If a checked-out client is opened despite the warning, Fixed Assets CS will cancel the checkout.
