Fixed Assets CS
If you are using a network system of Fixed Assets CS, you can use this tab to set personal page layout preferences for printing reports and forms. The settings on this tab can be overridden on a report-by-report basis by the options chosen on the Print > Options > Page Layout tab.
To open this tab, choose Setup > User Preferences and click the Page Layout tab.
Fields & buttons
Duplex and 2 Up printing group box
Note: To see how the reports and/or forms will print based on the options you choose in the Duplex and 2 Up printing group box, see the Illustration of page layout options.
Duplex - 2 printed pages per sheet (use front / back)
2 Up - 2 printed pages per sheet (front only)
2 Up Duplex - 4 printed pages per sheet (2 front / 2 back)
When forms and reports are within Profiles group box
Do not print duplex, regardless of Profile specification
Do not print 2 Up, regardless of Profile specification
Notes
- The preferences set on this tab can be changed at any time.
- If you choose any of the duplex printing options on this tab, note that some combinations of operating system and printer cause the back page to print upside down. If this occurs, open the Select Printer dialog and select the appropriate option from the Invert duplex page 2 for field.
