The GoFileRoom Lotus Notes Add-In allows you to email GoFileRoom documents using Lotus Notes and add Lotus Notes emails to GoFileRoom.

Please note that support has been discontinued for the Lotus Notes Add-In.

Note: This features is available to GoFileRoom Administrators only.

Additional system requirements

In addition to the system requirements, the use of the Lotus Notes Add-In requires the following:

  • An additional server component is required. Your firm's GoFileRoom Administrator is responsible for configuring this component on the Lotus Notes server. For more information, see Lotus Notes Server Integration.
  • Network users must be members of the Power Users group.
  • Your default email application must be Lotus Notes version 5 through 6.5.
  • The Upload Documents Service is required to transfer your emails into GoFileRoom.

Installation Instructions

Follow these steps to install the Lotus Notes Add-In.

  1. Click your name in the upper-right corner of the screen and choose Lotus Notes from the drop-down list.
  2. In the internet security warning dialog that appears, click Run.
  3. The InstallShield Wizard will guide you through the remainder of the installation process. Click Finish to complete the installation.
