Mapping ClientFlow or NetClient users to lookup list items for new clients

If you have administrative privileges, you can map ClientFlow or NetClient users to client names and numbers for new clients who may not have documents stored in GoFileRoom.

  1. Add a lookup list entry for the new client.
  2. Choose Administration > Manage Users & Groups from the GoFileRoom toolbar and click the ClientFlow users tab.
  3. Select the user for whom you want to provide access from the Select User drop-down list.
  4. Click the Lookup List Lookup List button button for the Client Name field or the Client Number field, select the new client from the list that opens, and click OK.
  5. Click the Add button, and then click the Save button.
