Disabling the GoFileRoom email feature

GoFileRoom administrators can disable GoFileRoom email features by following these steps.

Note: When the GoFileRoom email feature is disabled, the Email Documents Using GoFileRoom command is no longer available from the right-click context menu for the Search Results screen.

  1. Choose Administration > Manage Configurations from the GoFileRoom toolbar, and then click the Email Settings tab.
  2. In the Email Using GoFileRoom section, mark the Disable 'Email Using GoFileRoom' checkbox.
  3. Click the Save button.
