Error in displaying the report (FirmFlow)

Scenario

You may see this error when you run a FirmFlow report. The drop-down list for the Workflows field may also include NaN - Nan as an option.

Error message

Error in displaying the report. Please refresh your browser and try again.

Solution

Reset the preferences on both the Search and Results pages of the FirmFlow Reports screen as follows.

  1. Choose Reports > FirmFlow Reports.
  2. Click the Options button in the upper-right corner of the screen and choose Set Preferences.
  3. In the dialog that opens, click the Reset button, and then click OK.
  4. In the FirmFlow Reports screen, enter search criteria in the applicable fields, and then click the Search button.
  5. In the search results page, scroll to the right, click the Options button, and choose Set Preferences.
  6. In the dialog that opens, click the Reset button, and then click OK.
