Creating FirmFlow folders

To create a new FirmFlow folder:

  1. Click the My Work link in the GoFileRoom toolbar.
  2. Click Options and choose Create New Folder.
  3. Select a service type and click OK.
  4. Complete the required fields in the FirmFlow - Create Folder screen.

    Note: If you click OK prior to entering information in all the required fields, you will be prompted to return to the page and complete them.

  5. Click OK.

Note: Each folder is assigned a unique set of header values and cannot be duplicated. If a folder with exact matching header values already exists, you will be asked whether you want open the existing folder.
