Creating FirmFlow folders

To create a new FirmFlow folder:

  1. Click the Home link in the GoFileRoom toolbar.
  2. Click the My Tasks tile to open the My Work screen.
  3. Click Options and choose Create New Folder [[will we be able to create new folders from the new My Work screen? or is the following true]].
  4. Select a service type and click OK.
  5. Complete the required fields in the FirmFlow - Create Folder screen.

    Note: If you click OK prior to entering information in all the required fields, you will be prompted to return to the page and complete them.

  6. Click OK.

Note: Each folder is assigned a unique set of header values and cannot be duplicated. If a folder with exact matching header values already exists, you will be asked whether you want open the existing folder.
