Creating a bulk import spreadsheet

Creating folders in bulk requires Administrators to import Microsoft Excel spreadsheets for each type of workflow. To obtain the properly formatted spreadsheet for each workflow:

  1. Click Administration > Manage FirmFlow > Folder Administration tab.
  2. Select a drawer from the Drawer drop-down list.
  3. Select the desired service type and workflow from the drop-down lists.
  4. Click the Export button.

FirmFlow will create an Excel spreadsheet containing the following column headings.

Client Number Workflow Desc. Type of Engage. PIC Period End Year Form Due date Step 1 (for example, Created) Step 2 (for example, Preparation) Step 3 Custom Field 1 (for example, Budget hrs) Custom field 2 (for example, Difficulty level) Custom field 3 (for example, Mgr in charge)
