You can filter the notes displayed in the Notes tab by type, author, or status.

  1. On the Notes tab for a workflow, change the Type, Author, or Status fields as desired.
  2. Click Search to refresh the notes list according to your changes.

Note: Once filtering is changed, it will be used as the default filtering each time the Notes tab is entered in any subsequent workflows during that user's session.
