Marking workflow steps as complete during routing

When routing a workflow, you can indicate that the current step is complete (or multiple steps, if you know them to be complete) by following these steps.

  1. In the Route Workflow dialog, click the selection button in the Current Step section.
  2. In the Select Steps dialog, mark the checkboxes of the steps that you know to be complete.

    If the date and time of completion are different than that shown in the Complete Date/Time window, click the Calendar button and use the drop-down calendar to set the completion date.

  3. Click OK.
