Providing access to FirmFlow reports

If you have administrative privileges, you can provide group- and user-level access to standard and published FirmFlow reports. To do so, follow these steps.

  1. Choose Administration > Manage FirmFlow from the GoFileRoom toolbar and select a drawer from the Drawer drop-down list.
  2. Click the Permissions tab and select Reports from the Category drop-down list.
  3. Choose a report type and permission type from the provided drop-down lists.
  4. Choose the desired group or user from the Report Access For <Group or User> drop-down list.
  5. Mark or clear the checkboxes in the Allow and Deny columns to configure permissions for the reports in the reports list.

    Note: Mark or clear the first checkbox beneath the Allow or Deny column headers to mark or clear all checkboxes in a column.
