Inactive users with previously assigned work in FirmFlow are indicated by the grey text "INACTIVE," which is displayed to the right of applicable fields. You can also generate a FirmFlow report to show work assigned to inactive users.

Follow these steps to generate a WIP Detail report that will indicate active and inactive users by routing or workflow assignment.

Note: To enable this feature for your firm, contact GoFileRoom Support.

  1. Enable FirmFlow reports to show inactive users.
  2. Click the My Work link in the GoFileRoom toolbar.
  3. Click the Options button, and choose Standard Reports > WIP Detail (by user).
  4. Select Tax from the Service Type field.
  5. Select any of the following report types from the Workflow field.
    • Info Field report: This report shows active and inactive users by assigned PIC and by any additional information fields.
    • Responsibility & Steps report: This report shows active and inactive users by workflow step and by routing assignment.
    • Assignment & Steps report: This report shows active and inactive users by current workflow step assignment.
  6. Click the Search button to run the selected report.
