Note: For information on saving a search when using classic search features, see Saving a search in GoFileRoom [classic search].

  1. Enter index values in the Advanced Search dialog as outlined in Overview of GoFileRoom search features.
  2. Click the Save button.
  3. Enter a name for the current search in the Save Search dialog and click OK.
  4. Click OK to close the confirmation message.

    The next time you access the Advanced Search dialog, the saved search will be available in the drop-down list in the Saved Searches group box.

Notes

  • You can save up to 20 searches for each drawer.
  • When naming the search, you cannot use the following characters: &, <, >, ", ~, or %.
