Receiving email notifications for FirmFlow workflows

Alerts and notices

You can set a preference to receive email notifications when FirmFlow workflows are routed to you or a group to which you are a member. To enable email notifications, follow these steps.

The user must be a FirmFlow user to view these email preference options.

  1. Click your name in the upper-right corner of the screen and choose Preferences from the drop-down list.
  2. Mark the FirmFlow Routing Notification (User) checkbox.
  3. Mark the FirmFlow Routing Notification (Groups) checkbox.
  4. Click Save.

Notes

  • FirmFlow will not send a notification if you route a workflow to yourself or if someone with an invalid email address routes a workflow to you.
  • You can mark both checkboxes in the Email Preferences section to ensure that you are notified for all workflows assigned to you individually and to groups to which you belong.
  • If you have administrative privileges, you can enable detailed FirmFlow routing notifications.
  • You must also mark the FirmFlow Routing Notification (Groups) checkbox for any groups that should receive these notifications.
  • Enabling and disabling email notifications for FirmFlow workflows can be completed by Administrators on the Users tab of the Administration > Manage Users & Groups screen.
