GoFileRoom notifications overview

Alerts and notices

By configuring GoFileRoom notification rules, you can have GoFileRoom notify you about detailed document- and workflow-related events. You can choose to have notifications emailed to you automatically, to have alerts appear in the My Alerts screen in the GoFileRoom Home screen, or both.


  • Notifications are not instant and can be delayed, especially with increased volumes that can occur prior to tax deadlines.
  • New alerts are labeled with New badge.
