The paperwork you receive from your clients must be scanned and uploaded to GoFileRoom using ScanFlow prior to online reviewing. Scanning documents requires a barcode cover sheet for the document to be filed properly in GoFileRoom.
If your firm is licensed for TaxSort, you can add TaxSort bookmark single-page separator pages (after the barcode page) to tax source documents prior to scanning them. Source documents are then identified and bookmarked accordingly in the PDF that is stored in GoFileRoom.
