Rearranging columns in Home screen portlets

You can rearrange, add, or remove portlet columns in the GoFileRoom Home screen, or reset the arrangement to the original default settings. Follow these steps to change the column order.

  1. Click the Home link in the GoFileRoom toolbar.
  2. Click the Grid Preferences Settings button button in the upper-right corner of the portlet.
  3. Click the Columns button.
  4. Select a column that you want to rearrange, add, or remove.
  5. Click the Add, Remove, Move Up, or Move Down button to move the selected column to the appropriate window and the desired order.

    Tip: Click the Reset button to restore the column arrangement to the default settings.

  6. When you are satisfied with the arrangement of the columns, click OK and then click the Close button.

Tip: You can also rearrange columns by dragging and dropping them to the desired position.
