When rolling forward a workflow, the Information fields do not appear in the new workflow despite selecting the fields in the "Roll Forward Folders"section in Administration > Manage FirmFlow > Folder Administration.

This issue occurs if the workflow is rolled forward into a period end and year for which a FirmFlow folder already exists. If a folder does not already exist for the future period end and year, the Information fields will successfully roll forward.
