Workflow Information fields did not roll forward

When rolling forward a workflow, the Information fields do not appear in the new workflow despite selecting the fields in the Roll Forward Folders section in Administration > Manage FirmFlow > Folder Administration.

This issue occurs if the workflow is rolled forward into a period end and year for which a FirmFlow folder already exists. If a folder does not already exist for the future period end and year, the Information fields will successfully roll forward.

In support's GoFileRoom database 0EZ, there is a Rollforward Requests report. This report can be used by support to determine what information was selected during the roll forward process.
