On January 14, 2020 Microsoft ended support for Windows 7. Because Thomson Reuters cannot support customers using our applications on unsupported operating systems, GoFileRoom is no longer supported on Windows 7. We strongly recommend that you upgrade your workstations to a supported operating system. For more information, see End of support for Windows 7.
PDF files
We have addressed an issue that, in some circumstances, caused the first page of PDF files stored in GoFileRoom to be blank.
Notes
- When an annotation is placed on an image within a page of a PDF in GoFileRoom, that page will not be processed for text searching or Tax Sort. The remaining pages of the PDF will be processed as expected. We are continuing to work toward a full resolution.
- If you have identified a PDF file in GoFileRoom that has a blank first page, and you do not have an uncorrupted copy available, contact support to request that the originally filed document be restored. For more information about requesting that documents be restored, see Restoring a prior version of a document.
