Main Menu

• A link to the Idea Incubator has been added to the Help menu for GoFileRoom. The Idea Incubator is an online community dedicated to ideas and suggestions. It gives you, the customer who works with our products every day, the opportunity to suggest new features and enhancements. You can also vote or comment on the ideas you support.
• The Help link in the menu bar is now navigating to the UK-specific content for UK GoFileRoom customers.

Home

The Home page is now loading properly for all GoFileRoom users, and with improved loading speed.

Notification Rules

• When a notification is sent from GoFileRoom, your firm's name will now display as the sender, as entered in  the Firm Name field in the Administration > Manage Configurations > Email Settings screen.
• The Public option is now being saved correctly when attempting to save a Notification rule as Public.

Classic Search

Certain special characters in the description field are now supported when using the Copy, Move, or Re-Index options.

Other changes

In the coming months, you may begin to see pop-ups in GoFileRoom asking about various aspects of your experience using the system. We look forward to hearing your feedback!
