Note: Mobile CS Link should be used only by the staff member in your firm who is responsible for the maintenance of your CS Professional Suite application data.

Mobile CS Link is a desktop application that is used to connect your CS Professional Suite application data to your firm’s mobile devices that are running the Mobile CS app. In Mobile CS Link, create your firm’s mobile dataset and configure the Mobile CS Link service that keeps your CS Professional Suite data up to date for the Mobile CS app to access. To provide 24/7 access to your CS Professional Suite data, Mobile CS Link creates a cloud storage area for your firm. At regular intervals, the Mobile CS Link service queries your CS Professional Suite data and updates your cloud-based mobile dataset.

Note: Mobile CS is a mobile application that enables you to access your CS Professional Suite application data on your Apple iOS or Android devices. To download the Mobile CS app, visit the Apple App Store or Google Play on your mobile device and search on Mobile CS. After you view the information screen for the Mobile CS app, select the Free button on screen, and then do one of the following:

  • In the App Store, select Get, and then select Install App.
  • In Google Play, select the Install button.

If you have an iOS device, you can optionally install the Mobile CS app by downloading it from a desktop installation of iTunes and then syncing with your mobile device.

Use Mobile CS Link to set up a data storage area and password to access your CS Professional Suite data via the Mobile CS app. After you set up your password and data storage area, your firm administrator must enable the Mobile CS app for each staff member who will use it.
