Resetting your NetStaff CS password

Updating or changing a password

  1. Log in to
  2. Click your name near the upper-right corner of the screen and choose Update Password. Show me.

  3. Enter your new password.

    Note: A Password Requirements popup opens and shows password requirements. For information about creating secure passwords, see Password guidelines and tips.
  4. Enter the new password again in the Confirm Password field.
  5. Click Enter.

If you lost or forgot your password

Reset your password using the steps below.

  1. Navigate to and click the Forgot password link.
  2. Enter your login ID and the email address to which your login is registered.
  3. Click OK.

If you don't remember your registered email address, or if you don't have access to it, you have a few options.

  • Reset your password by answering security questions. You can only use this option if you set up security questions for your account.
  • Contact your NetFirm CS Administrator. They can reset your password manually.
  • If you are the NetFirm CS Administrator, call Technical Support at 800-968-0600 to request a password reset.

Information for NetFirm CS Administrators

To reset a password for a NetStaff CS user, follow these steps.

  1. Log in to
  2. Click the Admin tab.
  3. In the NetStaff CS section, click Users.
  4. Click the NetStaff CS user you need to reset.
  5. Enter a new password in the Password field.
  6. Re-enter the new password in the Confirm Password field.
  7. Click Enter.

The NetStaff CS user should now be able to log in with the new password.

If you need your own NetFirm CS Administrator password reset, you should try the Forgot password option above. If you don’t have access to your registered email and you don’t have any security questions set up, contact Technical Support at 800-968-0600.
