Deleting NetStaff CS or NetClient CS groups

Follow these steps to delete a NetStaff CS or NetClient CS group.

  1. In the Admin tab of the navigation pane, do one of the following.
    • Click the Groups link in the NetClient CS section to see a list of all NetClient CS groups.
    • Click the Groups link in the NetStaff CS section to see a list of all NetStaff CS groups.

    Note: If you don’t see this link, you don’t have access to this area.

  2. Select the group you want to delete.

    Note: NetStaff CS automatically creates a group named "NetFirm CS Staff". You cannot delete this group from the NetStaff CS Group list.

  3. Click the Delete button at the bottom of the Users list.

  4. NetStaff CS prompts you to confirm the deletion. Click OK.

Note: Removing a group will not delete any NetStaff CS users, but will remove any module or application permissions set for users within that group.
