Designating a client portal as a private portal

Your firm’s primary NetFirm CS administrator can designate any client portal as private. In the NetClient CS Users screen for private client portals, only the primary NetFirm CS administrator can view the information in the Identification section and the View Portal button.

The primary NetFirm CS administrator is the person who was designated as your firm’s NetFirm CS administrator on the purchase agreement.

  1. Click the Admin tab in the navigation pane.
  2. Click the Users link in the NetClient CS section.
  3. In the Settings section of the pane on the right, click the Enable button for Private Portal.

    Note: If you don’t see this button, you are not your firm’s primary NetFirm CS administrator.

  4. Click Enter.
