We allocate disk space to your firm for each client portal and for each staff portal. The total amount of disk space that we allocate to your firm is available to you in aggregate. If your firm’s data storage needs exceed the total amount of space that is allocated to your firm, we will charge your firm for additional premium production storage space.

To have NetFirm CS send an email message to your firm’s primary NetFirm CS administrator when your firm’s disk space usage exceeds 90 percent of the total allocated space, follow these steps.

1. In the Admin tab of the navigation pane, click the Settings link in the Utilities section.

   Note: If you don’t see this link, you don’t have access to this area.

2. In the Space Usage section, click the Enable button.
