Accessing PPC's SMART Practice Aids through Virtual Office CS or SaaS

If your NetFirm CS administrator contacted CS Customer Service to request that we add your licensed PPC's SMART Practice Aids applications to your firm's Virtual Office CS or SaaS environment, you can access your firm's licensed PPC's SMART Practice Aids applications through your portal in the following ways.

  • If your firm is licensed for Engagement CS, you can open PPC's SMART Practice Aids by clicking the PPC's SMART Practice Aids icon in the Engagement CS toolbar.
  • If your firm's portal administrator gave you access to PPC's SMART Practice Aids, click the Applications link in the navigation pane and then click the appropriate icon to open the application.

The first time you open PPC's SMART Practice Aids through Virtual Office CS or SaaS, you must enter your user login and email address. If you are a first-time user, you must also accept the license agreement.

Notes

  • Only licensed applications are displayed for use in the Virtual Office CS or SaaS environment. For details on the Checkpoint Tools application list, see Managing the Checkpoint Tools application list in Virtual Office CS or SaaS.
  • When working in the Virtual Office CS or SaaS environment, Checkpoint commands are available from the PPC group in the Add-Ins tab on the ribbon.
  • To order PPC's SMART Practice Aids applications, contact PPC by calling 1-800-431-9025.
