Resetting a Digita NetClient password

Use the following steps to reset a client's password.

  1. Log in to secure.digitavirtualoffice.co.uk
  2. Click the Admin tab.
  3. Under Digita NetClient, click Users.
  4. Click the Digita NetClient user whose password you need to reset.
  5. Enter a new password in the Password field.
  6. Re-enter the new password in the Confirm Password field.
  7. Click Enter.
