Alerts and notices

To add News modules for Digita NetClient or Digita NetStaff users, follow these steps.

1. In the Admin tab of the navigation pane, do one of the following.
   • Click the News link in the Digita NetClient section to create a News module for Digita NetClient users.
   • Click the News link in the Digita NetStaff section to create News modules for Digita NetStaff users.

   Note: If you don’t see these links, you don’t have access to these areas.

2. Click the Add button at the bottom of the News Modules pane.
3. In the Identification section on the right, enter a name for and a description of the module and then click Enter.
4. In the Module News section, click the Add Article button.
5. Enter a name for the news article and then enter a brief description of the article in the Article synopsis field.
6. In the Article content area, enter the full text of the news article. You can use the toolbar at the top of the Article content area to format the text.

   Notes

   • You can add images to news articles.
   • To view the HTML code while adding text, click the HTML button.
   • To expand the dialog to cover the entire screen, click the Toggle Full Screen Mode button. Click this button again to view the dialog at its normal size.
7. Click Enter to add the article.
8. Give users access to the News module.
