Follow these steps to resend the ActiveSync activation email message to a Digita NetStaff user.

1. Click the Admin tab in the navigation pane.
2. In the Digita NetStaff section of the navigation pane, click the Users link.
3. Select the Digita NetStaff user to whom you will resend the activation message.
4. In the Settings section on the right, click the Disabled button to the right of ActiveSync.
5. Click Enter.
6. Click the Enable button to the right ActiveSync.
7. Click Enter.

Digita NetFirm sends a new activation message, which includes a new password, to the Digita NetStaff user.
