Alerts and notices

To modify the time restrictions for a Digita NetStaff shift or to delete a shift, follow these steps.

1. In the Admin tab of the navigation pane, click the Shifts link in the Digita NetStaff section.

   Note: If you don't see this link, you don't have access to this area.

2. In the Shifts list, enter any part of the shift name in the Find field to locate the shift and click the shift name. Digita NetFirm displays the information for the shift on the right.

   Tip: Delete the entry from the Find field to view the full list of shifts.

3. The remaining steps vary depending on what you want to do.
   
   

   Modify a shift

   1. Modify the shift name, time zone, or the hours during which users who are assigned to the shift need to access their portals.
   2. Click Enter.

   The updated time restrictions will be in effect the next time Digita NetStaff users who are assigned to the shift log in to their portals.

   Delete a shift

   1. Click the Delete button.
   2. Click OK.

   Digita NetStaff users who were assigned to the shift can now access their portals at any time.
