Digita Practice Advanced Mobile overview for Digita NetStaff users

Digita Practice Advanced Mobile is a mobile app that enables Digita NetStaff users to access Digita Practice Advanced firm data, staff data, and client data, such as staff availability, client interactions, project status, and key totals. Digita Practice Advanced Mobile is compatible with Apple devices (including the iPad, iPhone, and iPod touch) with iOS version 9.0 or higher, and on all Android devices version 5.0 or higher.

Note: To preview the Digita Practice Advanced Mobile app for Digita Practice Advanced, visit the Apple App Store or Google Play on your mobile device and search on Digita Practice Advanced Mobile.

A few processes must be completed before Digita NetStaff users can view Digita Practice Advanced data on their mobile devices.

  1. A Digita NetFirm administrator must give a Digita NetStaff user access to the Practice Link application.
  2. The Digita NetFirm administrator must then ask the Digita NetStaff user for whom he enabled Practice Link to complete the following tasks.
    • Enable Digita Practice Advanced Mobile for staff members
    • Create "datasets" in Digita Practice Advanced. (The datasets enable Digita NetStaff users to view subsets of Digita Practice Advanced data through the Digita Practice Advanced Mobile app.)

  3. Digita NetStaff users who have been set up to access Digita Practice Advanced data on their Apple iOS devices or Android devices must visit the Apple App Store or Google Play on their mobile devices, search on Digita Practice Advanced Mobile, and download the Digita Practice Advanced Mobile app.
