Resetting a DT Client Portal password

Use the following steps to reset a client's password.

  1. Log in to dtnetlink.ca
  2. Click the Admin tab.
  3. Under DT Client Portal, click Users.
  4. Click the DT Client Portal user whose password you need to reset.
  5. Enter a new password in the Password field.
  6. Re-enter the new password in the Confirm Password field.
  7. Click Enter.
