Follow these steps to delete a NetClient CS user’s portal and remove all permission to access features and modules.
- In the Admin tab of the navigation pane, click the Users link in the NetClient CS section to see a list of all NetClient CS users.
Note: If you don’t see this link, you don’t have access to this area.
- Select the user you want to delete.
- Click the Delete button at the bottom of the Users list.
Notes
- Deleting a NetClient CS user that has QuickBooks Right Networks access linked will cause Right Networks to delete the associated account.
- File Exchange personal and private folders and contents are deleted.
