To verify the version of Citrix you have installed, follow these steps.
On Windows 10
- From the Windows Start menu, search for Apps & features.
- In the list of applications, look for apps with "Citrix" in the name.
- To see the version, click the app in the list. The version will appear underneath the app name.
On Windows 8.1
- Press Windows key + X on your keyboard.
- Click Control Panel.
- Click Uninstall a Program or Programs and Features.
- In the list of applications, look for apps with "Citrix" in the name.
- The version number is in the Version column.

The version of Citrix Workspace that is supported depends on on the farm the firm is placed on. Do not discuss server farms when the customer but do recommend they use the supported version for their farm provided in their portal.
- Farm A: 4.4.1000.16, pre-migration. After migration, they should be on 4.12.
- Farm D: 4.12.0.18020
