Viewing PDFs in the Virtual Office CS or SaaS environment

You can open PDF files in the Virtual Office CS or SaaS environment using these methods.

  • If you’re licensed for FileCabinet CS through Virtual Office CS or SaaS, print the PDF file to FileCabinet CS by doing one of the following.
    • In Microsoft Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint, or Word, click the Print button in the Add-Ins tab of the ribbon.
    • In other applications, select FileCabinet CS as the printer in the Print dialog.

  • If you’re licensed for Microsoft Office through Virtual Office CS or SaaS, attach the PDF file to an Outlook email message, click the PDF file name in the message, and then click the Preview file button. Outlook displays the PDF file in the email message window.
  • If you’re licensed for Workpapers CS through Virtual Office CS or SaaS, add the PDF file to a Workpapers CS binder as an external document. For more information, see the Workpapers CS topic Adding an external workpaper.
