Follow these steps to download and apply updates for Planner CS.

Note: If you access Planner CS through Virtual Office CS or Software as a Service (SaaS), you do not need to use CS Connect because the most current version of Planner CS is always available.

  1. Verify that all other users have closed Planner CS and that the computer you use to apply updates is logged in to the network.
  2. Choose File > CS Connect.
  3. Choose Connect > Connect Now to log in to our secure data centers and download all available updates.
  4. If updates are available and the Ask to apply updates at end of call and when entering Connect checkbox is marked in the CS Connect (PCS) - User Preferences dialog, you will be prompted to apply these updates. Click the Yes button.

    Note: If you do not want to apply the updates immediately, you can apply them at any time by clicking the View Updates View Updates button button or choosing View > Software Updates in CS Connect.

  5. Click the Apply Software Updates button in the CS Connect (PCS) - View Updates dialog.
