Use the CS Connect (PCS) - User Preferences dialog to indicate if you would like to be prompted when updates are available.

  1. In CS Connect, choose Setup > User Preferences to open the CS Connect (PCS) - User Preferences dialog.
  2. Choose whether or not to mark the Ask to apply updates at end of call and when entering Connect checkbox.
    • If you prefer to not be prompted to apply updates as they become available, clear the checkbox.
    • If you want to be prompted to apply available updates at the end of a CS Connect call and when you first open CS Connect, mark the checkbox.
