  1. When a plan is open, choose File > Print Reports.
  2. Select the desired print options in the Print Reports dialog.
  3. Click the Preview button.
  4. Use the buttons and fields at the top of the Report Preview dialog to preview the report pages. Some of the buttons and fields are described in the following list.

    • Layout drop-down list: Select a layout to change the appearance of all pages in the report. Pages will print as they appear in the Report Preview dialog.

      Note: The <Tax Projection> layout is optimized to print the Tax Projection Report. However, any layout can be selected to print with any report.

    • Page drop-down list: Select a report to view that page.

      Tips:

      • If you included the Allocations Detail statement in the options you selected in the previous step, the statement will be listed at the bottom of the list of pages.
      • If you included plan comments in the options you selected in the previous step, the comments will appear on the last page of the report.
  5. When you are finished previewing reports, click one of the following buttons.

    • Print All button - Prints all pages.
    • Print Current Page button - Prints the current page.
    • Close Preview button - Closes the Report Preview dialog without printing.

    Note: If you included plan comments in the options you selected in step 2, the comments will appear in a second Report Preview dialog after you click the Close button.
